Job summary

N Family Club in Weybridge is seeking an Apprentice Educator to join our Apprenticeships team. You will gain hands-on experience while pursuing an Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3) and rotate through nursery rooms delivering safe, inspiring care to children.

Starting on a guaranteed salary and progressing into a qualified educator role, you’ll learn to plan activities, observe development, and collaborate with parents.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; genuine passion for education.
• Positive, glass-half-full outlook and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the learning through play ethos and the N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Support daily routines and transitions between meals, naps and play.
• Plan engaging learning experiences to support child development.
• Carry out high-quality observations, assessments and planning for key children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Support mealtime supervision in line with safety policies.
• Keep all areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to the apprenticeship path and obtain Early Years qualification.

As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you’ll gain hands‑on experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). Rotating around the nursery rooms, you’ll give safe and inspirational care to every child you work with. As soon as your apprenticeship is finished, you’ll move into a qualified educator role with us and begin to build your future!

Your key responsibilities

• Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
• Learn how to carry out high‑quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
• Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
