N Family Club in Codsall, Staffordshire, is seeking an Apprentice Educator to join our Apprenticeships team. You will deliver our learning through play ethos and support the N Curriculum, ensuring smooth daily routines and growth in child development.

No prior experience is required; a passion for education, energy, and a commitment to learning will help you succeed. The apprenticeship includes training and your Early Years qualification, with excellent benefits.

• Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair
• Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes
• Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development
• Learn how to carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children
• Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents
• Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies
• Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification
