Job summary

N Family Club in Winchester is launching a new Apprentice Educator program. You’ll gain hands-on experience while working towards an Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3). Rotating across nursery rooms, you’ll care for children safely and inspire learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions between mealtimes, naptimes and playtimes.
• Plan innovative learning experiences to support child development.
• Carry out high-quality observations, assessments and planning for key children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
• Keep every area clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.

As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you’ll gain hands-on experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3).
