N Family Club in Forest Hill, London is seeking an Apprentice Educator to gain hands-on experience while working towards an Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3). You’ll rotate around nursery rooms, provide safe, inspiring care, and progress into a qualified educator role after completion.

Our Apprentice Educators start with a supportive program, learn through play, and develop the skills to deliver high-quality observations and planning for children's development.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; a genuine passion for education and changing children's lives is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our learning through play ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Support daily routines to ensure smooth transitions between meals, naps and play.
• Plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
• Carry out high-quality observations, assessments and planning for key children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Support mealtime supervision in line with safety policies.
• Keep all areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.

As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you’ll gain hands‑on experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). Rotating around the nursery rooms, you’ll give safe and inspirational care to every child you work with. As soon as your apprenticeship is finished, you’ll move into a qualified educator role with us and begin to build your future!

Your key responsibilities

• Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
• Learn how to carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
• Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
