N Family Club in Blackheath, London, is offering an Apprenticeship Educator role as part of our pioneering early years education team. You’ll learn through play, support daily routines, and begin building essential teaching skills under supervision.

No prior experience required, just enthusiasm for education and a proactive, cheery attitude. The apprenticeship leads to an Early Years qualification and real career progression within our growing nursery group.

Your key responsibilities

• Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
• Learn how to carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
• Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
