Job summary

N Family Club’s Apprenticeships team in Blackheath, London invites you to join as an Apprentice Educator. You’ll help deliver the N Curriculum with care, learn daily routines, and support child development through play-based learning. The role focuses on observation, planning and building strong relationships with families.

No prior experience is required; a positive attitude and energy are valued as you pursue an Early Years qualification and develop professionally within a leading UK provider.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our learning-through-play ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Support daily routines to ensure smooth transitions between meals, naps and play.
• Plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
• Carry out high-quality observations, assessments and planning for key children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Support mealtime supervision in line with N safety policies.
• Keep areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.

Your key responsibilities

• Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
• Learn how to carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
• Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
