Job summary

N Family Club in Greenwich is seeking an Apprentice Educator to join our Nursery Education team. You’ll receive hands-on experience while working towards an Early Years Level 2 or Level 3 apprenticeship. Rotating through nursery rooms, you’ll provide safe, inspirational care and progress into a qualified educator role on completion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Support daily routine to ensure smooth transitions between meals, naps and play.
• Plan innovative, engaging learning experiences to support child development.
• Carry out high-quality observations, assessments and planning for key children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Support mealtime supervision in line with N safety policies.
• Keep all areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your EY qualification.

As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you’ll gain hands‑on experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). Rotating around the nursery rooms, you’ll give safe and inspirational care to every child you work with. As soon as your apprenticeship is finished, you’ll move into a qualified educator role with us and begin to build your future!

Your key responsibilities

• Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
