Reports To: Nursery Manager
Annual Leave: 20 days plus bank holidays
Our nurseries are currently open from 7:30am-6pm, with shift patterns starting from 7:20am to 6:20pm. We aim to accommodate 4-day weeks where possible. Your shifts may vary weekly unless flexible working arrangements are made. Some evening and weekend work will be required, paid back as TOIL, with arrangements communicated in advance.
As an Apprentice Early Years Educator, you will support your team in delivering high-quality care and education, including facilitating learning, meeting children's individual needs, and maintaining high standards. You will train towards your ICQ Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Learning and Development through the Cherubs Nurseries Academy, involving coursework, practical assessments, and meetings with your assessor.
