Role Overview:

As an Apprentice Customer Service Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in building customer relationships. No prior expertise in our products is necessary, as you'll join our industry-leading apprenticeship programme to acquire the essential skills, knowledge, and behaviors for success.

Our CCF Pursuit of Better Certificate is a 12-month apprenticeship that covers:

• Our safety culture within branches
• The products we sell and services we offer
• What differentiates us and maintains our position as the top choice for customers

We support your development with study time included in your work schedule, and provide 1:1 coaching, mentoring, and technical training to facilitate your career growth. Our apprenticeship programs can lead to further development opportunities up to executive levels.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with customers both over the counter and via phone by taking orders, providing quotes, and offering solutions
• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases using your product knowledge
