Job summary

RH Commercials and Renault Trucks in Leicester are offering a 3-year Parts & Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Programme for school leavers and career changers. Earn while you learn as you train to become a qualified Parts Advisor.

You will complete a Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship, with 40 hours per week and rotating shifts. The role covers helping customers, quotes, sales processing, and stock preparation.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) in English and Maths.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• An interest in vehicles, trucks or the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good attention to detail and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find and order the right vehicle parts.
• Provide quotes and answer customer enquiries.
• Process sales, payments and returns.
• Prepare parts for workshop repairs.
• Carry out stock checks.
• Work closely with service and workshop teams.

Rotating Shifts

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm
• Week 2: Monday to Friday, 12:30pm to 9:00pm
• 1 in 2 Saturday mornings (paid at overtime rate)

What You'll Do
