Job summary

Stellantis &You UK in Hatfield is seeking an Apprentice Customer Advisor for a 2-year fixed term contract. You will guide customers through the Stellantis &You UK Customer Journey, communicate clearly, and learn new digital systems as part of our digitalisation drive.

You don't need automotive experience; we value a passion for service, strong organisation, and a smile. Training at our dedicated Academy, with career progression and performance incentives, awaits.

Responsibilities

• Have a passion for customer service, every day.
• Guide every customer through the Stellantis &You UK Customer Journey.
• Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
• Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
• Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing & follow-up contact.
• You will also be the go-to person when the customer wants us to.
• Estimate repair costs and times.
• Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
• Inform and update them on progress or additional works needed.
• Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.
