Job summary

N Family Club in London is seeking an Apprentice Chef to learn the ropes and grow within a fast‑growing nursery group. You’ll be supported by a dedicated trainer, gaining hands‑on experience in a purpose‑built kitchen, while working towards a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh and inspiring food for children from 7am–4pm, Monday–Friday.
• Develop and evolve the menu in a cost‑effective way.
• Create nutritious snacks/dishes for nursery attendees, including dietary needs.
• Promote healthy messages around food and uphold safety standards.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and foster positive relationships with children and parents.
• Monitor portions and waste to help maintain margins.
• Ensure adherence to Environmental Health & Ofsted guidelines and keep records up to date.
