N Family Club in London is offering an Apprentice Chef role in our N Kitchen, learning to create balanced, nutritious menus for nursery children in purpose-built kitchens. You will be coached by a dedicated trainer, join our N Academy, and gain hands-on experience while developing your professional skills.

As an apprentice you’ll complete a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship, with regular sessions, personal development support, and a clear career path within our growing nursery group.

Qualifications

• complete a level 2 production chef apprenticeship standard
• regular one to one sessions with a trainer (remote or on-site)
• learn and train for a specific job
• get paid and receive holiday leave
• study for 6 hours of your working hours
• complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship

Responsabilités

• Cook fresh and inspiring food for children from 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday
• Develop and evolve our menu cost-effectively
• Create nutritious snacks/dishes for all children
• Promote healthy messages about food
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and maintain rapport with children and parents
• Monitor portion and waste to protect margins
• Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Ofsted guidelines and record-keeping
