N Family Club in London is seeking an Apprentice Chef to learn how to create balanced, nutritious and exciting menus for our nursery children. You will work in purpose-built kitchens, be supported and coached as you learn, and join a fast-growing nursery group with outstanding progression opportunities.

You will cook from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with funded Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship and a benefits package designed to support your development and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Complete a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship standard.
• Regular one-to-one sessions with a trainer remote or onsite.
• Learn and train for a specific chef role and get paid holidays.

Responsabilités

• Cook fresh, nutritious meals for children from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
• Develop and evolve menus in a cost-effective manner.
• Prepare snacks/meals for nursery attendees, including dietary requirements.
• Promote healthy messages and maintain positive rapport with children and parents.
• Monitor portions and waste to support margins, ensure health and safety compliance.
