  • Hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, or be eager to gain one as part of their professional development.
  • Take pride in their knife skills and food preparation techniques, showing great attention to detail in both presentation and quality.
  • Be organised and confident when managing their own section, ensuring smooth and efficient service during busy events.
  • Understand the importance of allergen management and dietary requirements, helping to provide safe and enjoyable dining experiences for all guests.
  • Bring genuine enthusiasm for food, with a desire to continually learn, develop and expand their culinary knowledge.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoying the energy and excitement that comes with catering for a diverse range of events.
