Chartwells Independent is seeking an Apprentice Commis Chef to join the Parklands site in Rubery, Birmingham. This full-time apprenticeship offers hands-on kitchen experience, training from experienced chefs, and a clear pathway to becoming a qualified Commis Chef.
No prior kitchen experience is required as full training will be provided. You will learn through a structured program and gain the L2 Commis Chef qualification upon completion, paving the way for a professional culinary career.

We’re currently recruiting for an ambitious Apprentice Commis Chefto join our team and help deliver exceptional experiences for Parklands on a full-time basis contracted to 40 hours per week.
As an apprentice Commis Chef,you will work alongside a passionate and supportive team, gaining hands-on experience while developing your skills through structured training. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided as part of the apprenticeship!
On completion of the Apprenticeship, you will achieve the L2 Commis Chef qualification and become a qualified Commis Chef.
