Job summary

A brilliant Apprenticeship opportunity has arisen within Amt Lawyers in Blackburn. You will join the Client Care & Business Development Team at our Head Office to manage a portfolio of current business clients and to build relationships with businesses related to Residential Conveyancing.

Progression is possible with increased responsibilities in client care, marketing and business development, and salary progression.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn in client care and business development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Make telephone calls to businesses to introduce our Conveyancing and Personal Injury services.
• Arrange Teams calls and meetings with service-linked businesses.
• Manage a list of existing service-linked businesses (sources).
• Complete internal office tasks to ensure smooth running of the departments.
• Meet business clients to build rapport and ensure quality of service.
