Job summary

Seisdon Garage in Wolverhampton offers an Apprenticeship Level 2 Autocare Technician. You’ll learn through hands-on tasks, servicing and maintaining vehicles, preparing for MOTs, and gaining exposure to EV technology.

Join a supportive team with mentors guiding you through Level 2 and progression to Level 3, with 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. No prior experience is required, just enthusiasm and a passion for learning.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Genuine interest in cars and technology.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain vehicles.
• Assist with diagnostics and fault finding.
• Learn vehicle repair and maintenance techniques.
• Prepare vehicles for MOTs.
• Work on electric and hybrid vehicles.
• Use modern tools and equipment in a busy workshop.
• Develop essential health and safety skills.
