Job summary

Axis CLC is offering an on-site Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship in Oldbury. You will learn on the job, attend college once a week, and progress toward a permanent role on successful completion.

As an apprentice, you’ll provide customer service, book appointments, log jobs, update information, and work with colleagues across departments while following Axis policies and pursuing sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths & English (A-C) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents and customers.
• Arrange appointments for residents with tradespeople in a cost‑effective, organised way.
• Handle queries from residents and reschedule appointments.
• Log current jobs on our job management system.
• Update information as jobs change.
• Order equipment needed for jobs.
• Collaborate with apprentices, Axis operatives, clients, customers and tenants.
• Keep activity logged and up to date.
• Liaise with staff at customer sites to share progress.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including sustainability.
