The Opportunity
VGP is hiring two commission-only Appointment Setters to help drive new business acquisition during our rapid expansion period. This is a rare opportunity to join a rocketship startup at ground level, working directly with our founder and playing a critical role in shaping VGP’s next chapter.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, self-starter, and natural relationship builder who can identify, engage, and book meetings with CEOs, C-Suite Execs, founders, premium SME owners and decision-makers across high-growth and high-ticket industries.
You’ll be the first point of contact in a high-performance sales function - and if you bring results, you’ll fast-track to a full-time SDR role with salary, bonuses, and future equity participation as part of our leadership roadmap and long-term career progression.
