Qualifications

• Master's level knowledge with relevant expertise as per person specification.
• AI certification or HCI experience.
• Extensive experience applying data science techniques (ML/NLP) to business outcomes.
• Experience leading AI tool pilots, adoption programmes or digital productivity initiatives.
• Background in healthcare analytics and NHS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and optimisation of AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Translate problems into testable applied AI use cases.
• Evaluate AI tools balancing capability, risk, cost and user benefit.
• Configure, pilot, evaluate and iterate AI tooling with governance controls.
