Job summary

Loveholidays is seeking an experienced Applied AI SaaS Administrator to help build and operate AI-enabled SaaS platforms within the AI Centre of Excellence. You will work with engineers, security and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable AI-powered automation across our SaaS stack.

The role focuses on cloud-based systems management, agentic workflows and API/data integration, with a strong emphasis on governance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• SaaS Administration: cloud platforms, configuration, access control and vendor support.
• Applied AI & Agentic Workflows: building AI workflows with models, tools and data.
• API & Data Integration: REST APIs, webhooks and data pipelines.
• Cloud & Observability: knowledge of cloud environments (GCP preferred), CI/CD and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve SaaS platforms and AI-enabled services.
• Build AI workflows and automation connecting models, tools and data.
• Use frameworks like Google ADK to test and iterate on tool-using agents.
• Monitor health, cost and performance; drive incident triage.
• Collaborate with product, security, vendors and business teams to configure integrations.
• Document configurations and runbooks with governance.
