Job summary

NEP is an NHS-backed shared finance and procurement solution provider. This Band 5 role blends finance, procurement or customer service experience with an interest in systems, problem solving and service improvement.

Based in Stokesley, North Yorkshire, you will investigate and resolve support requests, advise on functionality, contribute to system developments, and mentor colleagues while delivering training and guidance. On-site 3 days per week with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in finance or procurement or equivalent experience.
• Supervisory experience in finance, purchasing or customer service support.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to work independently.
• NHS experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyse and resolve application support requests within service levels.
• Provide clear advice on system functionality and business processes.
• Maintain regular communication with users and escalate issues as needed.
• Support design, configuration, testing and implementation of enhancements.
• Analyse data, investigate discrepancies and produce reports.
• Deliver training, user guidance and supporting documentation.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to service improvements.
