Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT applications in a similar role.
• Experience in an ITIL-aligned environment.
• Experience with release management techniques.
• Experience with application testing.
• Demonstrable experience in financial services IT.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT application incidents, problems and service requests in line with ITIL practices.
• Maintain and update IT application documentation.
• Provide timely status updates to users on incidents and requests.
• Liaise with IT suppliers to resolve incidents and problems.
• Monitor availability and performance of supported applications.
• Implement and monitor IT application changes and releases.
• Provide ad-hoc training to staff and end-users.
