Job summary

Gripple in Sheffield is seeking a hands-on applications professional to support and improve Gripple’s business systems, including ERP, CRM and PLM, while coordinating day-to-day delivery and leading two application developers.

Reporting to the Global IT Manager, you’ll own key systems across eight sites, help deliver global Dynamics 365 rollouts, manage backlogs in Azure DevOps, and ensure testing and documentation are thorough.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement
• Understanding of business processes in finance, purchasing, inventory, sales and CRM
• Experience coordinating work with developers, partners and vendors
• Ability to translate business requests into clear requirements and coordinate testing and releases

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application issues, coordinate escalations with suppliers, keep users informed through to resolution
• Administer applications, including configuration, access changes, support records and documentation
• Maintain a prioritized backlog in Azure DevOps and turn requests into actionable requirements
• Organize updates and releases with developers and business users, ensuring testing and documentation are complete
• Identify and deliver improvements to business processes and applications
• Contribute to Dynamics 365 rollout by coordinating testing and changes for ongoing support
• Manage two application developers through regular one-to-ones, objectives and workload planning
