Job summary

British Triathlon Federation is seeking an Applications Developer to shape, support and improve our application landscape, with a focus on our membership platform, HubSpot CRM integrations, payment services, cloud-hosted applications and legacy PHP systems.

Hybrid role with occasional office attendance in Loughborough, you will design, build and maintain APIs, integrate systems, troubleshoot data and workflow issues and ensure security and scalability across the tech stack.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building modern web applications using React and Python.
• Hands‑on with REST APIs, data integration and API endpoint management.
• Proficient in managing SQL databases and data synchronization.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to support CRM integrations and payment workflows.
• Experience in Agile delivery and stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance applications using React and Python.
• Support membership platform, API integrations and payments services.
• Design, build and maintain APIs and related integrations.
• Contribute to solution design, testing, deployment and continuous improvement.
• Write clean, scalable code and manage support tickets if needed.
