Job summary

Experis UK is partnering with a business undergoing a major digital transformation to appoint an Application Developer to join the growing technology team. This greenfield opportunity involves building new applications from the ground up and defining standards and technical direction.

You'll work with Product Managers and stakeholders across the business, delivering robust, scalable software across full development lifecycle and contributing to architecture and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with .NET and modern web apps.
• Solid experience with React and/or Next.js.
• Experience building and supporting business applications.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to influence technical decisions and development practices.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor.

We're partnering with an organisation undergoing a major digital transformation and looking to appoint an Application Developer to join their growing technology team.

This is a genuine greenfield opportunity. You'll be joining at a pivotal stage as the business modernises core systems, adopts a more product-led approach, and develops new applications from the ground up. Rather than simply maintaining legacy systems, you'll play a key role in shaping future platforms, development standards and technical direction.

Working closely with the Product Manager and stakeholders across the business, you'll be involved in the full software development lifecycle, delivering robust, scalable applications that solve real business challenges.

The Role

• Design, develop, test and maintain business applications and integrations
