Job summary

Other Media is seeking a skilled Drupal PHP Developer to join our growing team in London. You will maintain and extend our Drupal CMS installations, modules and integrations, including SSO and REST API connections, while contributing to CI/CD and testing pipelines.

You will work with support, product, UX and project teams on a variety of sports sector projects, ensuring secure deployments and high-quality deliveries through code reviews and automated tests.

Qualifications

• Proven Drupal 11+ experience and deep Drupal internals knowledge.
• Experience with Drupal core modules such as rest, migrate, image.
• Experience designing API integrations and workflows that minimise impact on page speed.
• Experience writing and running Functional tests.
• Strong SQL knowledge especially optimisation and indexes.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and OpenSearch.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and improving CMS features, modules and integrations.
• Maintaining and improving SSO integrations.
• Working with third parties to provide custom integrations with REST APIs.
• Designing and implementing scalable modules from requirements to delivery.
• Participating in team code review practices.
• Leading end-to-end testing for high quality delivery.
• Maintaining Drupal modules within Symfony framework.
• Maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing pipelines.
• Maintaining secure deployment processes.
• Assisting operations with daily monitoring to identify issues early.
• Providing on-call support on a rotation basis.
