Job summary

Fixed Term End Date: 30/9/2027 (12 month Maternity Cover)

About the Role

We are looking to recruit an Application Development Support Officer working on LiquidLogic Systems and Controcc. This is a part time role of 14 hours covering Maternity Leave. This person will be working on a helpdesk answering queries raised by social care teams to help them use the system effectively.

The team has overall responsibility for managing and supporting all the Liquid Logic Systems for Children’s & Adults and a Controcc Integrated Finance System to support national and local requirements.

You will need to be able to demonstrate your experience in providing a full range of administrative support.

You will have good data, numeracy, and ICT skills and the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences.

Knowledge of Social Care will be advantageous.

Ability to work as a team and on own initiative, determine priorities.

Experience working on Liquidlogic Systems is desirable.
