The role involves processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, handling sensitive information in line with legislation, and responding to enquiries from internal and external contacts. You will support the day-to-day delivery of the service, ensuring work is completed to required standards and timescales. This role suits individuals who are reliable, organised, and have a positive attitude. Full training will be provided.
As a suitable candidate, you will be organised, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team. You will have good communication skills and be able to handle enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
You will have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential. You will be committed to improving how you work, taking responsibility for your actions, and working collaboratively to deliver a good service and get things right first time.
An enhanced DBS check with children/adults barred list check will be required.
The service operates a hybrid working pattern between home and the office. Staff are expected to attend the office on average 1-2 days a week, though during training and mentoring this will be full time.
