Job summary

The R&A is seeking an Application Support Coordinator in the Technology department to work with the organisation, Technical Delivery team and external development resources to proactively maintain built solutions and keep them updated and fit for purpose.

You will help deliver built technical solutions and projects aligned to the Technical Framework and Governance, ensuring smooth transition from project into Application Maintenance and ongoing operational support.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies or similar.
• Technical understanding of website/app/system build.
• Ability to work with internal and external teams, including third parties.
• Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.

Responsibilities

• Leading proactive maintenance of technical solutions with external development resource and managing backlog and priorities.
• Assist the Application Support team in delivering built solutions aligned to the Technology Strategy and Governance.
• Contribute to design and functionality reviews, UAT, sign-off and release planning with stakeholders and vendors.
• Use metrics to review maintenance and identify continuous improvement opportunities with the Technical Delivery team.
• Collaborate with the Technical Delivery team and external vendors to ensure governance standards are applied across projects.
