Job summary

CGI is seeking a capable Social Care application support professional to own complex incidents, resolve problems across a varied technology landscape and drive improvements that strengthen service performance and resilience. The team operates on a hybrid basis, with the Glasgow office onsite at least two days per week.

Core hours are 9am–5pm, with occasional outside-hours support for incident resolution or change activities.
