Job summary

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Applications Support Analyst to join our Southampton based law firm on a permanent basis. The role focuses on supporting business applications, delivering workflow automation, and building dashboards using SQL, Power Automate, and Power BI.

You'll troubleshoot issues, analyse root causes, and implement permanent solutions while developing data visualisation to improve business outcomes. Hybrid working in Southampton is available.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience providing application support and development with SQL.
• Experience in workflow automation and data visualization.
• Familiarity with data transformation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide support activities on the applications for the Corporate Service business.
