The Vacancy

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to work within our Wates Property Services business unit, providing support across various projects. Our Application Support Analysts are a valuable part of our business. The focus of this role is to provide day-to-day support, including incident and change management for our IT Application team.

As Our Application Support Analyst, You Will:

1. Manage IT Application upgrade projects in conjunction with internal and external parties.
2. Coordinate IT Application updates and maintain support records.
3. Support the analysis for business-driven change requests, establishing business and application impact, effort involved, and high-level costs.
4. Work with the wider IT team to learn and support existing and newly introduced business platforms.
