Job summary

Attio, a leading AI-native CRM platform, is seeking a Security Engineering Lead to build and lead its Product Security function. You will work with engineering leadership to embed security-by-design into Attio’s multi-tenant SaaS, safeguarding highly sensitive customer data and driving secure development practices.

You will lead incident response, set remediation plans, and recruit a world-class Security Engineers and SecOps team to scale with Attio’s growth and frontier AI features.

Qualifications

• Fully understand application security in a high-scale multi-tenant SaaS context.
• Experience securing SaaS platforms with prevention, detection and remediation.
• Strong incident response across lifecycle and post-incident actions.
• Ability to recruit, mentor and retain a high-quality security team.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Attio's Product Security function for a large AI-native SaaS platform.
• Partner with Engineering Leadership to ensure security-by-design.
• Lead security incident response and remediation driving to resolution.
• Recruit and develop Security Engineers and SecOps practitioners.
