Job summary

Capgemini UK is seeking an Application Packager to deliver software in a controlled method across client environments. The role is hybrid, blending office, client site and home working to fit role needs and business demands.

You will document applications, QA test packages, build relationships with clients and vendors, identify automation opportunities and support UAT fault resolution to improve end‑user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong primary skills in packaging for multiple platforms.
• Expertise in a variety of packaging tools.
• Strong knowledge of different packaging formats.
• Experience on troubleshooting issues.
• Experience in Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide an organized and controlled method of providing software to the client.
• Quality assurance testing of packaged applications.
• Document each application with expected functionality.
• Build relationships with the client, third parties and vendors.
• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Problem solving and solutioning.
• Assist with UAT fault resolution.
