Job summary

Capgemini UK is seeking an Application Packager within the End User Services team to deliver packaged software in a controlled, auditable manner. You will QA, document, and streamline packaging processes, while building strong client and vendor relationships to improve end-user experience.

The role emphasizes automation opportunities, troubleshooting, and supporting UAT; Capgemini promotes an inclusive, hybrid-first working environment across the UK.

About the job you’re considering

An exciting opportunity to work as part of a growing End User Services UK department supporting multiple high-profile clients as part of the Capgemini portfolio. The role of Application Packager will be a forward-thinking position, which supports the client by providing software in a controlled and monitored method. Also allows you to drive a path for change, improvement, and efficiency as standard. This is an opportunity to drive your own improvements and change the landscape for end user experience

Your role
  • Provide an organized and controlled method of providing software to the client.
  • Quality assurance testing Document each individual application so an understanding of what the packaged application is expected to do and how this was achieved
  • Build relationships with the client, 3rd parties and vendors
  • Identifying of Automation and efficiency opportunities Problem solving and solutioning Assisting with UAT fault resolution
