Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group in the UK is seeking an Application Engineer to translate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions and manage technical projects across EMEA. The role is hybrid, based onsite four days per week with optional home work on Fridays, with ~25% travel.

You will support the sales process with technical expertise, develop proposals, and coordinate with Design Engineering for quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least five years in application engineering or a customer-facing role.
• Experience in industrial/OEM/manufacturing environments.
• English fluency in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Provide technical calculations and ensure design meets requirements.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to satisfy quality and technical needs.
• Develop cost-effective solutions for customer needs and growth.
• Support commercial teams with technical input across EMEA.
• Coordinate technical projects from enquiry to delivery.
• Maintain technical documentation throughout projects.
• Provide aftersales support and address technical concerns.
