Job summary

Qualifications

Background in Electronic, Embedded Systems, Computer, or Mechatronic Engineering.
Experience with advanced instrumentation or complex electro-mechanical systems.
Experience leading technical workshops or mentoring engineers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Deliver advanced technical expertise to support field service teams across the wider EMEALA region.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues across sophisticated electro-mechanical instruments, software, and networked systems.
Partner closely with global teams including Manufacturing, Quality, and Global Product Support to drive timely resolution and enhance product performance.
Participate in customer installations, training, and specialist support activities for highly technical platforms.
Work on complex assignments where problem solving requires in-depth evaluation of varying factors and practices/procedures must be determined.
