This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious team where no two days are the same. You’ll provide vital support to the Appearance Department, collaborate with both internal teams and external suppliers, and directly influence how millions of passengers experience our aircraft.

About the Appearance Department

The Appearance Department is responsible for the overall presentation of the Ryanair fleet — from cabin cleanliness to landing gear washes. We manage and audit a network of service providers, ensuring they consistently meet both our operational benchmarks and the expectations of our passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Appearance Manager and wider team, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations.
  • Follow up with suppliers on matters relating to First Wave delays, ensuring timely responses and actions.
  • Track and analyse supplier performance, using cabin crew and customer feedback to identify bases that may require operational visits.
  • Monitor departmental KPIs, including budget tracking and task completion progress.
  • Coordinate and arrange team travel, including booking flights, hotels, and updating team calendars.
  • Track costs for ad‑hoc services in line with contractual agreements.
  • Compile performance data for monthly supplier calls and support the development of monthly focus topics.
  • Monitor and trend appearance‑related substandard reports to identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities.
  • Provide cover for the Appearance Planning Engineer as required.
Requirements
  • Driven and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills.
  • A strong team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Proven experience working to tight deadlines in fast‑changing environments.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • A good eye for detail (essential).
Benefits
  • Be part of a high‑profile team that directly impacts the Ryanair passenger experience.
  • Work in a fast‑paced environment where your input makes a difference.
  • Develop your career in the aviation sector with opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility.
