Responsibilities

• Monitor aircraft cleaning and cabin appearance standards across designated Ryanair bases.
• Carry out audits for aircraft cleaning and cabin maintenance standards.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and hold them to agreed performance standards.
• Submit detailed reports on substandard findings during supplier visits and hangar checks.
• Follow up on substandard findings during base visits and hangar checks.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure issues are followed up and resolved.
• Monitor cabin maintenance standards and rectify defects with contractors.
