Job summary

Ryanair Ltd. is seeking an Appearance Planning Engineer to join the team at Stansted Airport, offering Monday–Friday office hours and an opportunity to influence fleet presentation across EU bases.

You will coordinate subcontracted maintenance activities for the Appearance Department, develop planning systems, liaise with CAMO planning, and ensure on-schedule completion while maintaining high standards of cabin presentation. Strong English and right to work in the UK are essential.

Responsibilities

• Daily planning and coordination of subcontracted maintenance activities for the Appearance Department.
• Maintenance and development of planning systems and processes for appearance activities.
• Oversight of subcontracted appearance providers’ workload in line with production capacity.
• Liaising with CAMO planning department for all planned appearance activities.
• Proposing updates to documentation related to planning of appearance services (procedures, manuals).
• Coordinate logistics and travel for staff, equipment and materials.
• Compile service level and performance reports regularly.
• Record invoices pre-authorisation for budget purposes.
• Lead appearance/engineering projects as directed by the Appearance Manager.
