Job summary

HotelCare are seeking a diligent Apartment Cleaner to uphold high standards of cleanliness across serviced apartments and residential properties. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring pristine rooms and shared spaces, while delivering friendly and responsive service to residents and guests.

The role offers flexible working hours, site-based shifts, and on-site training. A permanent position with opportunities for progression and pension contributions is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar hospitality housekeeping role is preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy apartments and communal areas to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty bins and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets and clean mirrors.
• Sanitize surfaces to maintain hygiene.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Promptly report maintenance issues or damages.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure security and privacy of residents and guests.
• Provide professional and respectful service and respond to requests promptly.

Ideally, candidates will be able to work across multiple sites within the local area, as required. When required to work at an alternative site, an increased mobile pay rate will be offered.
