Job summary

Motorola Solutions UK Limited in Australia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the APAC region, overseeing defence and security markets. You will drive multi-year growth, align our RFeye ecosystem with border protection needs, and lead tender responses while coordinating with regional and UK teams to tailor our roadmap.

You will engage with armed forces and security agencies, leveraging an established APAC network and a proven track record in high-end technical sales.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in high-end technical sales or business development within Defence, Aerospace or EW in APAC.
• Must hold or be eligible for National Security Clearance (Secret or higher).
• Strong grasp of RF principles, SIGINT, or Spectrum Management is a plus.
• Established defence/security industry network across at least 3 countries.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a multi-year growth strategy for the APAC region.
• Align CRFS technology with tactical needs of regional Armed Forces and border protection.
• Deliver technical briefings on signal processing and EW to regional leads and commanders.
• Lead responses to complex tenders, navigate procurement laws and offsets.
• Build partnerships with regional defence integrators and distributors.
• Coordinate with UK-based engineering to reflect APAC challenges in roadmaps.
