Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of purchase invoices and credit notes.
• Manage supplier accounts and reconcile statements.
• Maintain creditor ledgers and allocate payments.
• Handle finance queries via a shared mailbox.
• Set up new suppliers and update customer/supplier portals.
• Support month-end activities and ad hoc tasks.
