• Monitor and ensure cancellations for new appointments are fully utilised daily.
• Process electronic referrals to maternity care, ensuring bookings meet National, Local and Trust targets.
• Receive and respond to calls, escalating issues effectively and in a timely manner.
• Act as first point of contact for service users, maintaining confidentiality and liaising with public and hospital staff.
