Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust in Salford invites applications for a full-time permanent Band 3 Screening Officer in the District Nursing Contact Centre. You will support the District Nursing Team within the Adult Community Services Division.
You will process referrals, discharge patients, manage inboxes, and relay messages to clinical coordinators. The service runs 08:00–18:00, 5 shifts per week, with Monday to Sunday coverage.
We are pleased to offer an opportunity for a full time permanent Band 3 Screening Officer within the District Nursing Contact Centre. This opportunity has arisen at an exciting time of development for the team and offers an ideal opportunity to contribute towards and be a part of its evolution.
You will provide a comprehensive support service to the District Nursing Team which is an integral part of the Adult Community Services Division with the Integrated Care Directorate.
You will be responsible for the processing of new referrals and discharging patients via the relevant trust systems. You will be responsible for managing the relevant team Microsoft Outlook inboxes and relaying messages to the clinical co-ordinators in a timely manner.
The service runs Monday to Sunday between the hours of 08:00-18:00 and you will work 5 shifts per week between these hours and days.
