Job summary

You will help students develop confidence with both traditional and digital processes, including stop-motion, 2D digital animation, sound recording, and post-production, and assist with industry-standard software such as Toon Boom, Maya, Houdini,

Responsibilities

• Support animation and VFX production resources, working with students and academic colleagues.
• Assist with demonstrations, provide hands-on guidance, and help troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Help maintain equipment, manage bookings, and ensure safe and effective use of technical space in studios, sound rooms and labs.
• Support students as they develop technical skills in stop-motion, 2D digital animation, sound recording and post-production.
