Tripadvisor LLC is recruiting an Android-focused Software Engineer II to join our Experiences mobile team. You will work across the full stack with product and design, delivering high quality Android features in a fast-paced environment.

Based in the UK with a remote-first model and periodic in-person gatherings, you'll grow your skills on modern Kotlin tooling, MVVM architecture, and server interactions while collaborating with global engineering peers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Experience with Android apps and backend technologies is a plus.
• Proficiency with Kotlin and modern Android toolchain.
• Strong communication and ownership.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Code, design, test, deploy and maintain Android features.
• Occasionally work on backend microservices.
• Collaborate with Product and design to define features and deliver high-quality results.
• Take ownership across design, development, testing and maintenance.
