Job summary

Kinetics Group in Sheraton Heliopolis is seeking a lead mobile developer to guide Android and iOS app design and delivery.

You will mentor a team of developers and collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ship high-quality apps with strong UX and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Certifications in mobile development are desirable but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and design of mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Guide and mentor a dynamic team of developers.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality apps.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Stay up-to‑date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/UI-Kit/Objective-C) development.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with mobile UI/UX design and third‑party libraries and APIs.
• Proven track record of leading development teams and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in mobile development (desirable but not mandatory).
